When catalogues are shipped, they are declared in such a way that recipients should not have to pay any fees but sadly, since Brexit, Customs departments in a number of EU countries are still not handling items correctly. A number of clients advised that for previous auctions they have been asked to pay a customs fee, some of whom have done, but a number refused and their catalogues were returned to us undelivered.
We regret to advise that we have made the difficult decision that for future auctions, clients in EU countries who would like to receive a printed catalogue will have to OPT-IN in order to receive one. By opting-in, you are agreeing to pay any customs fees that may be incurred (incorrectly or otherwise).
TO OPT-IN please tick the “Yes, I have read the EU opt in policy and accept” box contained within the form above
Don’t worry though, choosing not to receive a printed catalogue will not preclude you from participating in our auctions as you will still be able to view the listings (free of charge) on our website and if you would like us to, we can send you email notifications as each catalogue listing becomes available.
